A Taste of the Temple
What awaits you is a sense that you've stepped into aWomen's Temple, calm and welcoming...just as women have gathered for thousands of years.
There is an air of possibility and relaxation, ordinary and extra-ordinary. The room islovingly set with pillows and abeautiful and potent central altar…
"As I dance,
There’s something about letting the stories go.
Free from the stories of the past.
Like wind through the clouds, they move and reshape,
making space for something else to form.
A more accurate version of me.
A present time me."
"Time to wake up,
feel my power, remember what I’m here for.
To fully occupy this body mind and heart.
To rage, rumble and shake myself awake.
The children are calling. Our ancestors are calling.
It’s time to head the call.
One movement at a time..."
"Then, as the music lifts so does my body.
I notice my breath as I exhale and sound.
Ahh, to move and be alive.
And, then, an insight comes to me. I love when this happens.
From this embodied place I truly experience the
wisdom from within myself."
"Release and flow, release and flow.
The stopper being pulled out, becoming unstuck.
Spirit and the earth running through my body,
moving my hips, coming out of my mouth as
I howl at the moon."
"Shed what isn’t mine to hold
Shed the chaining narratives
Cultivate joy, acceptance, compassion, and healing
Fiery snake woman lead the way
Trust the process
Step into my sense of knowing
Dance my dance
Dance is love
Dance gives life"
"At one point, I looked around,
At all the shimmering Souls embodied.
And what a beautiful sight it was,
To see each one moving freely,
With the uninhibited innocence,
Of a child in her center,
Of joy, play and expression.
Just another one of the great blessings,
Of this space and circle.
Where we are free to BE,
Whatever it is we are,
In each sacred moment."
"I find so much delight and pleasure when
I drop into my body and get really close to myself.
Slowing down so much that micro movements
feel like tectonic plates shifting.
It fascinates me how trillions of little moments and motions
endlessly invite us into something new and fresh.
I love and honor these tiny transformations and the
wisdom in slowing down just to feel them."
"Was so lovely to just simply lie on the carpet
in the sun for a long while this morning,
No requirements, restrictions, stresses.
Just lie as long as i desired.
Eventually felt drawn to move a little, then more,
then on my feet jumping and dancing hard, shaking.
All just following my body and what it wanted.

So It Is
