Let’s celebrate the new year with luscious community from near and far, and an energizing of new year intentions together! It's our tradition to start the year with some free dance and community gathering (there is an in-person Clothing Swap & Dance Party Social at 6:45pm, details here).

We invite you to consciously mark the turning of the seasons~

and the dance of light and dark in your life.

Join us and dance to acknowledge these challenging times AND celebrate all that is wonder-full around you and within you!

Bring your intentions, prayers and move what you need to move~

Spaciously facilitated~

Beginner and experienced dancers welcome~

How and if you move is up to you~

Stillness, journaling, rest, meditation, stretching all welcome~

Think of this as a deep self-care ritual~
