Day of the Dead invites us to honor ancestors and loved ones who have passed. Family, friends, teachers, beloved pets! Have/bring photos for your altar! The veil between worlds is considered to be at its thinnest.
Samhain (saw-win) is a traditional Celtic celebration at the mid-point between the Fall Equinox and the Winter Solstice and marks the beginning of the darkest quarter of the year.
It is a multidimensional time dedicated to
celebrating completion of the harvest,
honoring the beloved dead,
and the Celtic New Year!It is a potent time to connect with and honor the cycles of nature, and play with the dance of light and dark in our lives.
We invite you to consciously mark the turning of the seasons~

What Women Are Saying
About the Online Dance Experience:
"I just finished dancing and it was magical. I went into it very physically tired (I moved house this week so lots of unpacking) and walked out so full of life and energy. The intention that I set at the start flowed through me so strongly during the dance and I was overwhelmed with gratitude by the end (for literally everything and anything in this world)!" ~K
"Omg. What, what, what???? Holy shit. I feel so free. I didn't know I had so much tightness in my belly. This stuff is legit. It's grounded. I loved it. Thank you so much!" ~R"The medicine of
Listening to my body
Leaning in
Embracing it all
Opens my heart
Unwinds my tension
Awakens my aliveness"
~A
