    The Equinoxes (there is one in the fall and one in the spring) mark the moment when the length of day and night are equal in both the northern and southern hemispheres. They are potent times to connect with and honor the cycles of nature, and play with the dance of light and dark in our lives.

     

    We invite you to consciously mark the turning of the seasons~

    and the dance of light and dark in your life.

     

    Join us and dance to acknowledge these challenging times AND celebrate all that is wonder-full around you and within you!

     

    Bring your intentions, prayers and move what you need to move~
    Spaciously facilitated~

    All movement is at your own pace and interpretation~
    Beginner and experienced dancers welcome~

     

    GOOD TO KNOW:
    - Payment is sliding scale: $5 - $50.
    - No one turned away for lack of funds.

    - A portion of the proceeds to go scholarships for women of color to join the upcoming dance circle series.

    - Registration is required be admitted to the Zoom event.

    - You will be sent simple tips for setting up your home dance space.

    - Guidelines given.
    - Body meditation & ritual induction.
    - Naming intentions and prayers.
    - Beautiful musical journey with spacious guidance for at-your-own-pace free-form movement (or stillness or journaling) in your home.
    - Integration, relaxation and completion together.
