The Equinoxes (there is one in the fall and one in the spring) mark the moment when the length of day and night are equal in both the northern and southern hemispheres. They are potent times to connect with and honor the cycles of nature, and play with the dance of light and dark in our lives.

We invite you to consciously mark the turning of the seasons~
and the dance of light and dark in your life.

Join us and dance to acknowledge these challenging times AND celebrate all that is wonder-full around you and within you!

Bring your intentions, prayers and move what you need to move~
Spaciously facilitated~
All movement is at your own pace and interpretation~
Beginner and experienced dancers welcome~

GOOD TO KNOW:
- Advance registration required (you're only "registered" after you compete steps 1 & 2 below).
- Payment is sliding scale: $25-50
- No one turned away for lack of funds.
- As always, how and if you move is up to you. Stillness, journaling, rest, meditation, stretching, and wild dance all welcome. Think of this as a deep self-care ritual.
- Doors open 2:45pm. Stay for socializing after (optional).

COVID/SICK PROTOCOL:
- If you have any symptoms, no matter how mild, or have been recently exposed to someone who is sick, do not come.
- Masks optional outdoors (for all, some, or none of the time).
- Masks required for use of indoor bathroom.

A sense of profound presence that is difficult to express in words because it touches the ancient and current power, tenderness and mystery of your body/soul journey.
